Media processing
Images and videos you open in SnappyEdit are processed locally on your Mac. They are not uploaded to SnappyEdit, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, or any other remote processing service. Source files are not overwritten.
App network access
The app uses the network only when you activate or deactivate a license through Lemon Squeezy and when it checks for cryptographically signed software updates. After successful activation, the license record is stored in macOS Keychain and SnappyEdit can run offline.
Website
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare necessarily processes basic network information to securely deliver the site and prevent abuse under its own privacy terms.
Purchases
When sales open, checkout and payment information will be handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. SnappyEdit does not receive or store full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy provides order, customer, and license details needed to fulfil and support the purchase.
Support
If you email support, the contents of your message and your return address are used to answer your request. Do not attach private media unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
